Dear little point and shoot camera of mine,
Thank you ever~so much for being a good sport on this last trip.
Here. Sit right down in this gondola, you don't cha.
Have some cherries, or at least look at them.
You were chosen for this special mission due to your 4~way VR image stabilzation, a trait found useful in a rocking vaporetto.
Send up a prayer of thanksgiving, my loyal friend, that you are home now and can rest.
I never meant to abuse you.
I never meant to shoot 2884 images.
Let's just blame it on these guys.
Sincerely and most appreciatively yours,
somepinkflowers

Wow, it looks like your sweet little sidekick has done you proud! Now it's your job to go through all of those images!
Looking forward. These are wonderful.

I can not stop giggling ... poor little camera, but then again, think of all the glorious beauty it saw/touched/tasted. I am certain it is a better camera for the experience. :) Welcome home.

If a picture is worth a thousand words that will be a very long post!! Maybe we should start, not that I'm sitting on the edge of gondola or anything.

Remember the days when it was film...and pictures...that all needed to be developed? How many rolls would that have been???
Go kiss your loyal clicker.
