5 minutes from my back door
which is the one i use most often
is the sign above
{{ danger, will robinson !! }}
the warning sign is in front of the library pond
where my two ducks live
seemingly undisturbed by the gators
i do know could be lurking ...
inside the library on saturday
i pretended i could
do fancy crochet
which i cannot do at all ...
and
dreamed i could knit dogs
which i cannot do at all ...
then i grabbed some old mystery books
as how many times can one read agatha christie
i mean really ...
over and over again ??
and
headed over to sit
on this porch to Be Lazy ...
later on
i meandered down to the shore
and had a fine chat with some Young People
from orgeon who were kitesurfing ...
the water was too cold
for me to swim
as i like it to be like Bath Water ...
the sky was clear
the beach was mostly deserted
and i love days like this
tremendously ...
if this is not paradise
the i do not understand
the meaning of the word ...
my beach !!
where i have been sitting near
and
reading by
all my fine life
so far ...
i do hope
your day
was just as swell !!
